The Mission 10 Miler is an out and back course, beginning and ending at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. The race begins promptly at 9am with a wave start. Finisher medals will be given to the first 1,000 finished runners.
The course sweep will begin at the 5 mile (halfway) point at 11 a.m. City streets, police officers and support are contracted for specific times and cannot be extended. All participants must adhere to a 18:00 minute/mile pace. If you cannot adhere to the scheduled pace, you will be asked to move to a sidewalk so traffic can resume. If you choose to continue after the course has reopened to traffic, there will be no medical support, fluid stations or course marshals at intersections, and the course will no longer be marked.
